Using Buru Buru is free and very simple. To register, select the USER / UTENTE icon at the top right and follow the procedure indicated. You can register with your email, or even faster with your Facebook account. An email confirmation and a discount code that you can use on your first purchase will be sent to the address provided during the registration process.

The products can be purchased online on Buru Buru by adding the selected product(s) to the shopping cart and following the directions of the buying process that will end with the payment. You can proceed to purchase either after registration or before as an anonymous user. Remember that you can also choose to save the history of your orders and your contact information (header, address, tax information, etc ...) for convenience when making future orders.

Buru Buru uses an SSL certificate with the highest level of protection available today for web browsing and which is extended to all pages of the site (Certificate 128/256-bit Extended Validation SSL issued by Symantec). This system makes your data fully encrypted. The payment information, such as credit card information, does not pass through nor is it processed / stored by Buru Buru because it is processed and / or stored directly by the banking system. Buru Buru uses PayPal, Inc. professional payment services, which provide the consumer with maximum protection and confidentiality.

Shipments are free in Italy for orders over € 80, with the exception of purchases of over-size items. Shipments abroad are free for orders over € 300. Generally shipping costs vary according to the volume weight of the product purchased, or the weight and dimensions of the product suitably packaged. A delivery appointment can be requested at an additional cost.

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Benelux, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipments are carried out by fast and reliable couriers, including BRT, TNT, FedEx, Arco, and Artoni, selected based on the volume of the products and the geographic location.

We promptly deliver all purchased products using fast and efficient couriers. You can find the estimated time for delivery on the description page of each product on the website and in the confirmation email of your order. Remember that delivery times are informational guidelines only and, although usually respected, we can not ensure full compliance. For deliveries to Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, the smaller islands, and some remote areas, an additional day will be required for delivery.

The courier generally delivers from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday to street level and without prior notice, with the exception of shipping over-size products. In the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice to certify the delivery attempt. Contact information of the carrier will be on the notice in order to make an appointment for a second delivery attempt, or to find the address of the nearest branch for pick-up. If the recipient has not contacted the courier within three days after the first delivery attempt, the parcel will remain in storage at the courier for 30 days. If delivery or pick-up is not arranged even in this period of storage, the product will be returned and the contract will be terminated. Buru Buru will proceed to reimburse the net cost of delivering the product unsuccessfully, the costs of storage, and forwarding to the sender, etc.


You can pay for orders with the major Credit Cards and Pre-Paid cards (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, VISAPOSTPAY, CARTA AURA) through the secure Paypal Pro payment system. The details of your credit card are transferred securely using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

You can also pay through PayPal in complete security using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which guarantees that no one can read the information requested through the internet in any way. Buru Buru does not use or keep card data.

It is also possible to pay by bank transfer via your internet banking or directly from your bank branch. Simply arrange a transfer in the amount indicated in the order confirmation to the following account:

Remember to enter the order number that you will find on the order confirmation email the reason for payment.
As soon the funds are received, we will activate the order and the shipment. A PDF copy of the bank transfer mailed to: [email protected] is always welcome, but it is not required. In case of failure to pay within 7 days after order confirmation, the order will be cancelled.

All prices always include VAT tax.

The CVV code is a number composed of 3-digits printed on the back of your credit card and is required to confirm the ownership of the card for online purchases.

Current Orders

As soon as the order is activated, we send an email with your purchase confirmation. At the moment of shipping, with the exception of over-size items, you will receive communication from us or directly from the carrier with the shipment number that can be used to check the delivery status of your package. You can then check where your parcel is on the indicated courier's website.

Check that the packaging is intact upon delivery: if any defect can be seen, it can only be contested if declared immediately and in writing (e.g. "Packaging punctured", "Packaging crushed"). Only by fulfilling this procedure will you activate the refund procedure.

The delivery address will be the one specified at the time of order confirmation. Please verify that it is correct in its entirety in order to avoid misunderstandings at the time of delivery. Remember, it is important to also include your telephone number so that you can be contacted at all times in case of delivery problems. If you can not be home at the time of delivery, you can specify the address of the place where you work or that of a neighbor that you are sure will be home.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email of confirmation at the email address you provided during the purchase. Remember that you can check on the history of your orders and reorder the same products only if you are registered with the site.
